Worst experience ever. Tried him 2 times. First time my car got heat up, i went & he diagnosed & said i will charge 120$ & return car tomorrow. But, He took 8 days to fix & charged me $920. Second time, it got heat up again, i went & he said a pipe is leaking, he took $275 for that small pipe. What made me shock that after a week car heat up again, i went to other Mechanic, he took $50 & said it was only “Air filled up inside” . I lost soo much money. Would never ever recommend.

VERY BAD SERVICE! I had an extremely frustrating experience with Alex. We brought in my sister’s Volkswagen because of a warning light, and the car was running perfectly fine at the time. After he worked on it, the car came back in far worse condition—it won’t even turn on now. On top of that, I was charged a significant amount of money for whatever work was supposedly done, yet the situation only got worse. It’s unacceptable to return a vehicle in a non-working condition when it was fully operational before. I would not recommend this mechanic at all. This experience has been costly, stressful, and completely disappointing.

I was charged $1700 for a timing chain and oil pump replacement that was supposed to take 2 to 3 days to fix. It actually took a week and afterwards my vehicle still had the same issue. It drove well for about 10 minutes. By the time I made it home the same issue occurred. I took it back to them and this time they replaced the intake valve charge me $200 and when I drove off and got back home the same damn issue starts up again!!! Now the main guy I’ve been speaking with is out of town and can’t help me now. Why did I pay $1900 and the problem still remains?? I do not recommend this place.

I had a great experience with this automotive shop. The team is fast, reliable, and most importantly, trustworthy. They’re experienced mechanics who really know what they’re doing. They tell you exactly what needs to be done without trying to overcharge or push unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciate. They work quickly but still deliver quality results. The staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. Customer service is awesome—you can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. It’s hard to find an honest shop these days, but this is definitely one I trust and will keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience here! The team was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly before starting any work. No surprise charges, and my car runs perfectly now. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I definitely found one. Highly recommend!
